Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask SINAI to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This applies to data from your shop account, including an account created or linked through Facebook or Google login.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an e-mail to sales@sinaiglobal.nl with the subject Data deletion request.
  2. Write from the e-mail address of your account (for Facebook login, the e-mail address of your Facebook profile) and mention your name.
  3. We confirm your identity and delete your account and personal data within 30 days, and confirm by e-mail when it is done.

Remove the Facebook connection yourself

In Facebook go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, select Sinai and choose Remove. We then no longer receive data from Facebook. To also delete the data we stored, send us the request above.

What we may keep

Order and invoice data must be kept for the statutory retention period (seven years in the Netherlands) for tax purposes. It is removed once that period ends. See our Privacy Policy for details.
