Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to every order placed with Sinai Global through sinaigroup.nl. By placing an order you accept them.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro (€) and include Dutch VAT (btw). Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is due when you order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

The contract

The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by e-mail. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any amount already paid.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times shown are indicative; we deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot, you may cancel the order free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, without giving a reason. Let us know at sales@sinaiglobal.nl and send the item back within 14 days after telling us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original labels. We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, but may wait until we have received the item back. Unless we state otherwise, the cost of returning the item is yours. Made-to-measure or personalised items cannot be returned.

Warranty and complaints

Our products meet the legal requirement of conformity. If an item is faulty, contact us at sales@sinaiglobal.nl as soon as possible after you notice it. We answer complaints within 14 days.

Personal data

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
